This process of recognizing the consequences will give you a reason for why you should overcome the limiting or negative thoughts!
4. Adopt a Positive Belief
Now, it is time to plant a new positive belief in your mind that can counter the limiting belief/thought. For example, the new positive belief can be that I will pass the medical exam, while the old one (limiting belief) was that I would fail the medical exam. Basically, try to create a counter belief that directly challenges your limiting belief!
This transition from a limiting belief to a positive belief will not be easy because there is a good chance that you will already have spent a lot of time in that state of mind. So you will most definitely need a strong will and enough strength to adopt the new belief!

5. Take Action

If your old belief was that you would fail the medical exam, then start by studying & doing everything that increases your chances of passing the medical exam. Similarly, if your limiting belief was that you are too old to exercise, then start by doing some simple exercises (taking a 10 minutes’ walk).
